Due to the recent severe spike of COVID-19 infections, Cable Co-op will be closing our office to the general public beginning Monday, November 23, 2020. We will go back to our “emergency status” as we did earlier this year. Though the office will be closed, we will be here to answer our phones, process your payments, and field your service issues and installation requests. If you have equipment to return to us, please call our office first and we will make arrangements to get it from you.
For your safety and that of our staff, we will be limiting in-home service work. In the spring we were very successful at completing “self-installations” and intend to do this again. Should it be necessary for us to come in to your residence, we will follow all of the proper safety protocols.
Several options are available for making your payment. You may use the night-drop slot by our front door (check or money order), mail it in to our office, pay online through our website, or phone it in using your credit or debit card.
We appreciate your help and understanding as we work to do whatever we can to help slow the spread of this nasty bug. We send our best wishes for your good health – especially during the upcoming Holiday Season. As always, we’re grateful for the opportunity to be of service to you.
Please contact us at (440) 775-4001 if you have any questions or concerns.
