Connecting Kids During Mandated School Closure

Now Oberlin families that qualify for PCs for People program, hosted by Oberlin Schools, can qualify for Cable Co-op’s “Helping with Homework” program.

Requirements:

  1. Must live within Cable Co-op’s service area
  2. Must have PC for the People certificate from Oberlin Schools
  3. Must not have Internet service from Cable Co-op & no past account balance
  4. Installation will be worked into normal daily work schedules

Startup costs include:

  1. First month of service is collected before install is scheduled.
  2. $20 Modem deposit (one time & refundable with termination of service)
  3. Totals startup cost is, $40.95

Monthly costs are $19.95, plus $1 membership fee, for a total of $20.95 per month.
