⚠️ Service Alert: Data Connection Issues

Cable Co-op is currently experiencing technical issues with our data services.

If you are experiencing intermittent connection, slow speeds, or a total loss of internet access, we are here to help. Our technicians are actively working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

What You Can Do:

Before calling, please try a quick power cycle of your equipment, which often resolves the connection conflict:

  1. Unplug the power cord from both your modem and your wireless router.
  2. Leave them unplugged for 60 seconds.
  3. Plug the modem back in first, wait for the lights to stabilize, and then plug your router back in.
